Shipping & Delivery

How does shipping and delivery work?

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery usually takes 5 to 9 business days via Australia Post, depending on your location.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately to ensure the fastest delivery.

*Please note: We send via signature required post to ensure safe delivery. If you choose Authority to Leave, parcels are left at your own risk.

**Please note: all shipping timeframes are from the advertised date of dispatch. Should your item have a pre-order date (advised next to the product name in brackets), this is the date of dispatch. The delivery timeframe starts from the pre-order date it ships on. If there’s no date next to the product name, you’re in luck - it’s ready to go!

How much do I pay for shipping?

We offer FREE, fast delivery Australia-wide on all orders.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are typically delivered within 5 to 9 business days after dispatch.

Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking so you can follow your delivery.

*Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may occasionally vary. If delays occur, your tracking will display the most up-to-date delivery status.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link.

You can use this to follow your delivery through Australia Post.

Help, I think my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days from purchase, please contact us and we’ll assist in investigating the delivery with Australia Post.

We also recommend checking your tracking link for the latest updates.

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll update your details where possible.

If it has already been shipped, you may be able to redirect it via your Australia Post tracking link.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only deliver within Australia.

Are there any customs/import fees?

No. All orders are delivered within Australia, so there are no customs or import fees.

What happens if my items arrive damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist as quickly as possible.

Will my items arrive together?

Some orders may arrive in separate deliveries to ensure the fastest shipping times. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment where applicable.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchase discounts?

We currently don’t offer wholesale for resale.

For bulk personal orders, feel free to contact us.

Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes. You can ship directly to the recipient by entering their address at checkout.

We don’t include pricing in the package.

*Please note: Due to the fact we use external fulfilment partners, we are unfortunately unable to include messages in the package.

Are you stocked in any stores anywhere?

Our ReadyGuard products are only available exclusively online here in Australia.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy.

If your product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. For other return requests, please contact us and we’ll review on a case-by-case basis.

To help us resolve this as quickly as possible, we may ask for photos of the item and packaging.

Items must be unused and in original condition unless the item is faulty or damaged.

*Please note: If you are returning one of your items from a bundle, your order is no longer valid at that bundle pricing.

How long do I have to return the products?

You have 30 days from receiving your order to initiate a return.

Can I return my order for a refund?

Yes. You can return eligible items within 30 days for a full refund.

*Please note: Not all items are eligible for return. Any exclusions will be called out on product pages and / or at checkout. All products must be returned in as new condition, with any tags and the original box.

No. We provide a free return shipping label for eligible returns within Australia.

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

Once your return is received, we’ll process it as quickly as possible.

Providing proof of postage helps speed things up.

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

Refunds are processed within 2 to 5 business days after the returned item has been received and approved, depending on your financial institution.

How secure is your payment?

All payments are securely processed using encrypted, trusted Shopify payment systems.

What payment types do you offer?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Do you have payment plan options?

We don’t currently offer payment plans, but this may be available in the future.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your discount code at checkout and click “Apply” before completing your purchase.

*Please note: Only one discount code can be used per order. If you’d like to use multiple offers or bundles, separate orders may be required. Some strikethrough prices may already reflect a discount. Please refer to the product description or offer details to confirm eligibility.

What if my payment was declined?

This can happen for a number of reasons, including incorrect details or bank restrictions. We recommend checking your details or contacting your bank if the issue continues.

What currency is the store in?

All pricing is listed in Australian dollars (AUD).
